Robert Wood assists companies and individuals in disputes involving non-compete agreements and related tort claims such as tortious interference, breach of fiduciary duty, and misappropriation of trade secrets. He also assists companies and individuals in drafting and negotiating non-compete, employment and severance agreements.
Mr. Wood has been Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2001. He was formerly a partner with Dallas' Hughes & Luce and with the international firm of K&L Gates.
